Had a great experience buying a car from Michael at this location. Buttttt...

EDIT: This location only cares about selling you the car and not after. I haven't been given a spare key for over a year, tried to reach sales person/multiple departments, all I hear is no response or "let me look into it" which is once in a blue moon. If you are looking for zero customer service after you bought the car, go to this location. I am going to see how much they even care about reviews and reach out to me after this post. Will update here again!

EDIT again, reached out the the contacts listed below in bmw's response..I was told they can't find a record of me buying a car , still back and forth since few months and no end in sight. May be I should stop the car payment since they can't find a record.
