I've been going to Dorchester house since I was a child and services have been increasingly declining. I called to make an appointment with my Dr. who has nothing available for the rest of the year and we are in August. I can no longer speak to a nurse in regards to simple questions that does not require an appointment. The staff can be very unprofessional including the doctors who I have witnessed talking and laughing with staff about patient illnesses. I have been very loyal to this place but as of recently the need to find a more patient oriented facility with staff members who are professional and dedicated to the health and well being of their patients is more desperate than ever
