Just called here and recieved the WORST customer s...

Just called here and recieved the WORST customer service. I asked a simple question and was given the such a bad attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager they pretty much said no. I have spent money here before, but I will not buy anything from a store that does not value good customer service. I will be sure to shop at a GOOD jewelry store. Thank goodness for Ware Jewlers.
