Don't expect your rewards to be there when you arrive... I sent the following email to them. Just an FYI, in the past if there were rooms available you could use your comps...period...so expectations are a huge part of my dissatisfaction.

If you're wondering, we did quite well while gambling this time, so this is unrelated to money...but stay away from the buffalo machines (looked at payouts & they're about 1/2 of any other casino I've been to...not the odds, but what wins actually pay out when you "win").

I will also be leaving a Google review to make others aware of this deceptive sales practice.
Everyone expects the house to win in the long run, but this type of dishonesty makes me question if table games/slots are rigged (beyond normal odds) as well.

I'll update if they bother to respond...If you look through the other reviews you will see similar from others who have been going here for the past 10yrs.
