While the lodge was pleasant to stay in and there were a few pools and hot tubs there was one staff member in particular that we worked with who was rather rude and did not provide good customer service. Other than the customer service aspect the rooms were average and the location provided quick access to Edwards which had a nice town center and also was fairly central to hanging lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. I would give a 5 star rating if the customer service was improved upon.
