I fried a laptop keyboard with a bleach wiped and asked MouseCalls if they could get me a replacement. It has been a long time since I've had such a great customer service experience. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They also we're not pushy at all when I declined for them to install it. And if their customer service wasn't enough, their customer portal is incredibly slick and easy to usetuse. These folks really have got computerIcomputer/tech help figured outhout. I've been so impressedtimpressed with themsthem that I've also had them securelyrsecurely some old equipment, scheduled an evaluation of my home wifi WiFi network, and may check to see if they can pull photos off an old iPhone.
