I learned that my 2 year old unit needed a litany of work done, because the original workman did a horrendous job. Promag came in, and diagnosed the problems. On the same day, after hours of rebuilding the return box and a list of other needs, I rest assured that the air is clean, and the unit is safe and registered. Thank you guys!!!!!
