The best ever hotel in Penang island. The breakfast was great and delicious. The check inn process was above expectation the staff are well trained. As an experience traveler this hotel can be consider 7star rating. The pools are very clean and the beaches as well. The rooms are newly refurbished and i feels like home. They are 100% following CMCO SOP. I feel save here.
