I received a P226 X-change kit for my birthday to be used on my duty firearm. While at a firearms training the rear iron sight fell out. I have shot thousands of rounds with all of my Sigs and never had an issue. I relayed this information to Matt at the Sig Sauer Academy Pro Shop (where my x-change kit was purchased) and he sent me a new slide via fedex overnight shipping. He wanted to make sure that I felt confident with my firearm as I carry it everyday as a Police Officer. I was super impressed with the customer service and how quickly he replied to emails. This is just another reason why I will always love Sig Sauer.
