In September 2020 our entire team took a day to focus on our group and business. We engaged Jarrod and the Action Edge team to lead us in a day of team building, sales process and how to deliver amazing customer service. I think the best part of the day was seeing our team members each have their own "a-ha" moments and actionable tools to make them better in their roles today. Jarrod has been a fantastic coach and mentor who has helped our business immensely. I look forward to continuing to explore ways we can improve with the help of the Action Edge team!
