I absolutely love Forever Om. I have been attending classes at the new Vernon Hills location since it opened. I did not expect to like hot yoga at first. I was nervous about practicing in 90 degrees and high humidity. I am so glad I gave it a shot. I'm not sure I can go back to a non hot yoga class. Forever Om and all of the instructors are hands down the best - they challenge you, encourage you and see things in you that you may not have seen in yourself!
