This will be the second time I'm buying trees from Adams County Nursery. Looking at that one fella below there - YES - they are Bare Root... But that's what I expect - and i thought that was pretty clear on their website. But anyhow...

My first batch of trees from a few years ago did well. Now, I have a different vision and I'm coming back to ACN. What I love about this place is that they are willing to help even a little backyard grower like myself. I had a ridiculous number of questions and they answered them ALL professionally and completely. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

One piece of advice - if you live in an area with deer or bear avoid the dwarf root stocks. Go with the larger trees. They will get big enough that those critters won't be able to do profound damage to the trees.
