I took my Family here for an early afternoon Wine tasting, we were all excited to share an experience and find some lovely wines for several different wine preferences. From the opening conversation with staff member Lee inside the Cellar door it was clear he was not interested in helping us and from that point on managed to Alienate, embarrass and offend family members due to their wine tastes. The experience was truly terrible and upsetting, we have tasted Wine throughout NZ and have never been treated with such rude manners or ever been made to feel like an inconvenience in this way.
I'm hoping this was just an off day for the member of staff but am struggling to understand how this attitude can any way reflect well on the Wine Brand or the Company.

Would definitely not return here and will spend our time and money elsewhere.
