I have never had a bad experience there for many years i guess because the only thing I've gone is for the license plate sticker! But today i was really disappointed cuz i had gone last week for a change of title and the lady there said that i needed just one more signature on one of the papers and that was it, so i go back today and this other lady tells me my husband needs to be present so i told her that the first lady that had helped me didn't say anything she's like let me ask her and so she went to ask her and she was like i don't remember her but her name was on the sheet she had given me and then she said that i had told her that i was the sister of the person on the title, i was like i thought she didn't remember me and now she's saying i told her that! I never did! I really think they need to let you know what you need and not make you go back 3 times because they don't give you all the information from the beginning! I'm really disappointed because some ppl are going through difficult situations like we are right now with the death of our daughter and going through this doesn't make it any easier!
