I have stayed at Jackpot Junction casino and Hotel 3 to 5 times a year for the last 8 years. This visit was in my opinion the worst. Even after playing over a $1000.00 in the slot machines Thursday, my wife had more than the 150 points needed to receive the fondue and warming pot for her gift at the Rewards counter and she was told that she would have to except $10.00 of free play on her card because they were out. To me that was an insult to have played so much into the slots, stayed in your hotel for 3 nights and eaten in your restaurants to be offered something that is equal to less than a coffee and roll in your coffee shop. For this we plan to patronize different casinos closer to our home town.
