Enterprise Car Rental owes me money. They said that they refunded my money, and it still has not reached my bank account. It has been almost a month now. The last person I spoke with name Harrelson @ the Palm Springs location, said he will call me back and did not. 48 hours ago. I feel as if I'm being avoided. Management is not helping. I have my bank statement showing all financial transactions. I hope this msg gets to corporate and they resolve this matter. Tell Palm Springs to refund me cash $$$ for my balance owed to me.
