They are thieves and ready to take advantage. The insurance company sent me to Enterprise while my car was being repaired. Harrison failed to tell me that I would be charged 24 dollars for additional insurance on the rental. I already have full coverage insurance. Why would I need that. He added to my agreement and now I am stuck with a $274 bill. The funny thing is, the insurance company warned me that they would try that but I trusted that Enterprise would give me an honest transaction. I WAS TERRIBLY WRONG. When I asked to review the camera with the manager, he said "We don't have cameras in here." Now I have to deal with corporate employees are taking advantage of customers because they work on commission.
The Area Manager Daneem never call me back after incorrectly charge me twice $900 to my credit card. Still waiting for refund after 1 month.
Enterprise Car Rental owes me money. They said that they refunded my money, and it still has not reached my bank account. It has been almost a month now. The last person I spoke with name Harrelson @ the Palm Springs location, said he will call me back and did not. 48 hours ago. I feel as if I'm being avoided. Management is not helping. I have my bank statement showing all financial transactions. I hope this msg gets to corporate and they resolve this matter. Tell Palm Springs to refund me cash $$$ for my balance owed to me.
