Can't believe a three hour service doesn't include the use of a loaner car. We live outside the shuttle zone, so had to just hang around the dealership for the bulk of the morning, waiting.
Two other comments: back when we purchased the car, the sales experience with Ashley was great, but the dealing with financing was almost overwhelmingly frustrating and confusing.
Overall, customer service personnel do as well as they can to keep their clients happy, but the team is understaffed and doesn't have enough loaners for their clients to use.
