Reserved and prepaid for service from LaGuardia ai...

Reserved and prepaid for service from LaGuardia airport to White Plains NY. Even purchased the upgraded service that included the tip and tolls. When I arrive, I call as instructed and am told where to meet my driver. Once I get to the pick up spot, I get a call saying there are no available cars today. No vehicles at all to transport me not now not later. It will take 3-6 days to get my refund .... I hope I get it!
