Came in shirtly before noon today 11/19/17 for a take out order. The order was placed and i gave them my number in case the order was ready before i got back from woods coffee. I heard another employee say there were 3 orders ahead of mine. On my way back they called me to inform me that the manager had cancelled my order because they were too busy. I said i was willing to wait but the manager didn't care. I told the person, who apologized profusely as he was not the manager, thank you and you have just lost 2 customers. Now I am sharing this negative experience so no one else has to go through such a poor excuse for customer service! I will tell all my friends never to go there!
