They started off so strong... but maybe that is where they "get you". After we started in on the process and moved forward into the appraisal things went down hill FAST. Despite the fact that you deal with so many people along the way the amount of time it took to hear back from anyone was appalling. I understand the holidays adding in extra time but just trying to get updates was a process on my end. I worked with the Orange team to close and one person said they would get back to you within 4 hours but every time I contacted him the 4 hour mark was never met, even when I CC'ed in the team lead Matt Brown it never made a difference neither ever followed up unless I called. It finally got to a point where I called in and stated I did not want to talk to either of them because they lacked any form of customer service. Paperwork that I sent over was never processed like it should have been again even with the "team lead" cc'ed in. The next person we worked with was a little more responsive but as I type this I am still waiting for a response back to an email I sent over 17 hours ago, even someone from there sent an email last night asking that they contact me asap this morning and still nothing. In the end they took our money, offered nothing in return for the horrible customer service, and I now know to take my business elsewhere and let everyone else know they should do the same. Can they get the job done? Sure, but if you are looking for somewhere that is less stress and less work on your end find another company.
