I had physical therapy at St. Catherin Sports Medicine on Fry (10/4-16/2014) and the staff/treatment was wonderful. My HORRIBLE experience has come from simply asking for an itemized statement of my visits. I have call no less than 15 times to Methodist billing department and to no avail I have been told that they are unable to give me a bill/statement due to a technical issue, it is being worked on. That was acceptable for a week but now we are on 3 weeks and still we are unable to provide you with a bill/statement due to a technical issue on your(and a few other patients) account. I explained the importance of me getting this bill/statement from the beginning. So at this point I would think that something, even if it is done manually could be done to accommodate me. However, instead no one can give me a time frame when this will be resolve and to top that off I have yet to get a call from a billing supervisor, although I have requested it several times. Maybe next Friday or next year somebody will take the time makes sure my simple request is taken care of.
