As a customer of the State of NJ Division of Youth & Family Services, I have had an average experience overall. The service provided by the company is decent, but there are areas that need improvement. The staff members are generally polite and helpful, but sometimes it feels like they are overwhelmed with their workload. The response times could be quicker, especially in urgent situations. However, I appreciate the effort put into ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families. With some enhancements, this department can truly make a great impact on the lives of those it serves.
