I had been hesitant about buying a car from Martin because of previous poor experiences with their service department, but I went to Martin to test drive the CRV EX. Kris greeted me at the door and was most helpful in explaining the car to me as we took the drive. He understood that I would not make a firm decision on that day, and if I did decide, I could not take possession for a few days. When I did go back to purchase the car, Kris took time again to explain all the bells and whistles and hook up my phone & IPod for this senior citizen. He made this buying experience very pleasant.
