I refinanced with Apple from a much larger lender and I couldn't be happier. Mr Cooke was very thorough, personable, and professional. Closing costs, rates, prep work, and overall communication through the process was nothing short of phenominal. The process was taking 2-3 months and Apple Mortgage took care of me from start to end in just shy of a month! I can't recommend them enough.
