Absolutely the WORST company for trying to cancel ...

Absolutely the WORST company for trying to cancel the long distance plan. I set up the long distance plan for my elderly mother about 6 years ago and they direct bill MY credit card. (set up that way) On Sept 15/17 she had a stoke. Well, they wanted to talk to HER to verify that it was her. Well she could not speak in hospital. I had sent out a letter by email with a reference number that they had given me stating the circumstances on Sept 30/17 and no reply. Well my mother passed away on Oct 15/17 and when I contacted Telehop on Oct 23/17 they gave me nothing but the runaround. Now they want me to send them a death certificate? Really? for $5.60 per month I have to jump through all these hoops? Do NOT deal with this company!
