Very friendly and professional staff of the Members Office. New provision for Members and listening point "demented" and already reported to Coop Lombardia.
Privacy non-existent, there are no chairs for the elderly and disabled in the rear of the Members' Office (previously it was a separate office with 3 seats), practices that are longer and longer to complete and consequently more and more long waited.
