Was $30000ahead on my home loan and was looking to refinance for a better rate. Had a broker from dreamstreet come to my place multiple time saying I was fine to refinance and still keep my $30000 extra wich would of been great until the day of settlement I get a call saying I had to pay $5000 to get the refinance over the line or I ll loos about $500 in legal fees. I asked where was the $30000 extra I had and was told I d been approved for $40000 less then I was told I had to leave work borrow money from family just to get it over the line. Call this very friendly broker over 40 times getting no response mind you she would pick up every call before settlement. Finally got through to the main office. Got told that s a shame do you want some free basketball tickets. In Melboure wow. Classic brokers beware worst company
