We used Avenir on the recommendation of our real estate agent when securing a mortgage for our new condo in Walnut Creek, and could not have been more pleased with their performance. Greg, Brent, and Lisa were all extremely informative, attentive, and helpful, responding to inquiries in a (very) timely manner, offering clear answers to even unclear questions, and providing useful advice at every stage of the process. Our loan was (luckily) not a huge one, but we could not have asked for better service -- there was no sense at all of being a "small fish" so to speak. They do an excellent job of providing a range of options as well, and carefully explaining the pros and cons of each; they provide good counsel concerning the overall merits of these options, without being the least bit pushy. We will definitely use them again in the future, and heartily recommend them to others.
