I've had a lovely experience with Charles Sinclair, in my case through Mo Khan in lettings. Any questions I had were promptly answered, he would respond to my emails sometimes within minutes, even as late as 9pm.

Had everything fully explained to me, it was easy and flexible when booking to see the place and I had everything fully explained to me before and after my offer was accepted.
