The reason I visited this location today was because they were able to accommodate a large party . We came with 4 children. We order our food and waited 30 minutes just for two appetizers to arrive. They we waited another 30 minutes for the food to come out. When we asked for the manager we were notified that the manager has stepped out and was not available.
One of our party members ordered fajitas the pita and the condiments arrived before our meals since the children were hungry she gave them the pita. She asked the server to bring her extra fajitas as she ordered all you can eat. She waited another 20 minutes and asked again for the pita. What's the point of all you can eat fajitas when you have to wait 20-30 minutes for them to bring you one item.
The manager was also rude. On the menu it doesn't state the price for all you can eat fajitas, the server also did not mentioned anything all the menu has is a red sticker all you can eat fajitas and beside it says 19.99.
When we brought to the manger attention all she said was that of course you will pay more for all you can eat and that it doesn't state on the menu. She also said you guys got a discount already paid for the meal basically just go. Very rude service and I would not recommend this location. to anyone.
