Fabulous staff that goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. I worked with Brian (General Manager) today trying to figure out how I wanted to spend my Christmas gift certificate.
Once I determined what I wanted (necklace, earrings, and ring), I asked if they still had silver charms. (I have had a charm bracelet since 1975 and have had trouble finding sterling silver charms lately.) He brought out the silver charms that they have and I was in Heaven!!!! If you want silver charms, you must go! You have to ask for them as they are not on display.
My ring had to be sized (no additional charge) and will be ready on Friday. (Last time I purchased a ring from a jewelry store, I had to pay to have it sized up two sizes.)
I have never been a huge jewelry store person, but this will be the only place -- from this point forward -- that I will purchase quality jewelry. (I had to clarify as I love costume jewelry)
This was a great experience and I highly recommend them.
