I recently purchased a townhome from Chesapeake Homes and I cannot be happier. From the beginning of the process, to the end they were professional and made me feel included in all decisions. I actually was not looking to buy a new place when I first went to the development, but after I saw everything and spoke to Mary at the model, that quickly changed.
The designer did a great job with this layout. I have a middle unit but I have tons of light. I swore I was not going to ever live in a middle unit again due to the darkness, but the representative at the model was right when she said there is plenty of light. I love the private backyard and detached garage. It is like I have my own house, but it is a townhouse.
Not only is it beautiful but even after the closing and all the walk throughs they are still there for me. I have emailed the builder's representative (Steve) on multiple occasions and they have been great at getting back to me. They have a great warranty on everything. They have a 12 week warranty where I can have the painter come back in and touch up the paint job where I scuffed it up during moving in. My last townhouse did not have that, and it was also new construction.
For anyone looking to buy a new townhouse, I would highly recommend Chesapeake Homes.
