BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS TRASH COMPANY!!! They simply do not care about the customer or any other business professional involved in the process. They completely botched my appraisal process to the point where I had to personally pay $100 out of pocket for an expedited appraisal just to try to get the deal done in time. Motive you owe me $100. Also their "team managers" are a joke, unprofessional, incompetent, and terrible communicators. The mortgage broker that I am using had to call their vice president after a week of ignored calls and emails just to get a response on the progress of the mortgage. All in all this is just another greedy bank trying to prey on American home buyers. They should be embarrassed of themselves.
