Diagnostic services. Paid >12k for blood tests 10.10.18. After a full week of follow ups and no human reachable or responding turns out most expensive test for 5k forgotten. No transparency in the bill. No refund. Finally customer service confirm's day 8 they will repeat for free. No! I paid and they did not deliver a result! Mrs. Dipti before refused to give a written quote per single test even after requesting many times. Philomena S technician on blood collection informed me my veins will not render enough blood and ran nervously around instead of starting. She got blamed for forgetting to collect blood for ENA test. Portea looks professional but is NOT. Poor customer care, response. All you get is automated responses and feedback request. I have been cheated. Please carefully assess before you decide to do your blood work with them!
They didn't even spell my name correctly in the tests...
