Nice mall, lots of stores. Pretty clean, but not like say Galleria or or Northpark where you can find someone sitting at the base of the escalators wiping the hand rails. The selections are good. Normally I don't have issues with employees, however, as per the usual teenagers and adults are actually pretty rude. Families stand in a row of 4 making others have to walk behind (when they could just walk in two rows of 2). Sigh, inconsiderate people will always be around. No matter where you go. Parking is nice as they have a few garages. Lots of times they have doors right next to department stores and if you don't need to say hit up Macy's or Dillard's you can go in the side door and avoid the whole trying to find your way out of the store.
