Note, we drove from Boulder just to purchase from Schomp. This is our 2nd purchase in 6 weeks. The first, a 535ix GT that is having a few issues but the Service Manager, Steven, had the most senior Tech and Foreman, Chad, ride with me and he reproduced the trouble and is personally going to make sure its fixed. There was also an issue/miscommunication as to new tires but that was handled in a manner best for Schomp and best for us--simple, no drama. What more could we ask for? It is this type of treatment, in addition to the best Client Advisor, Joey Hegge, I have had dealt with in a long history of buying BMWs. So if purchasing the 2nd car in 6 weeks, a 2015 328ix, is not a testament to our faith in Schomp and especially the people that work there I don't know what is--except when I buy an X-3, X-1, or 328ix wagon in the next six weeks or so.
So my sincere thanks for the professionalism, knowledge, and general understanding of how to create a customer for life
