I have been a visitor from out of town for about 8 years, and when I finally moved back to the area, I knew without question this was the gym where I wanted to be. Every single time I arrive, all of the members and coaches are so friendly, engaging, and genuinely happy to have you there. This gym embodies what it is like to be a part of a community. Not only are they active in the gym, but they are incredibly active and involved in the surrounding community. You look forward to going to the gym every single day and spending your time with everyone there, which then leads to that commitment and accountability so many are looking for in a gym, which in turn produces incredible results. Hands down the best money you could spend when looking for a gym, a community, and a group of people who want nothing more than for you to be the best version of yourself every single day.
