Quite unbelievable. They wouldn't cover alignment ...

Quite unbelievable. They wouldn't cover alignment of ACC sensors on my car purchased in April because they determined the bumper had been removed. They based this determination on a Dallas Collision Center sticker on my windshield, which was placed there by Audi Dallas, and what they called "wax build up". This consisted of the small amount of wax flakes that always occurs when one has a car detailed, which I had done a couple of weeks prior. The best part is they were happy to charge my card for gas for their loaner. Then sent me a revised invoice to include tolls. Good work Audi Plano. I'll never be back
