Eaten 8 courses on Saturday, fantastic flavors and dishes. 1 dish was unfortunately served on the cold side, when we commented on this we were told from the service that it was simply a complex dish to get warm on the table .. quite a different answer for a restaurant of this caliber.

The service was a bit sloppy here and there, because of the above story but also because of the explanation about the dishes. (Occasionally forgot what exactly was served) Compliments to the sum for the wine pairings!
