I'm stuck using this crap company because no other services are available in my area. I went through a hard time paying my bill due to loss of employment. They're solution, give me an additional $690.00 dollar "security deposit" fee because I'm a "credit risk" to the company! Electricity isn't a luxury, it's a necessity and these people only care about their bottom line!
