My wife and I were greeted at this hotel with a member of the staff charging an elderly customer, yelling in his face and threatening him. Only after a few minutes of him screaming at the customer did someone finally say something to him to try and calm him down but it did not help. We were standing at the check in counter and the girl at the front was acting like nothing was happening and continued to talk to us about what the hotel had to offer even though we could not here over the yelling and cursing. If you check in and there is a white male with a bald head and goatee who you may want to avoid. This ruined our stay but on the bright side we got offered a cookie. Yeah not much in the way of making it right. Over priced and obviously the customer service lacked any tact. We will never stay here or at a Double Tree again.
