I recently visited the Forbes GM location and I have to say I was blown away by the level of customer service I received from Jean Cook. Although I was unable to make a purchase at the time, rest assured, I know EXACTLY where I am going when the time comes. From the second I walked into the beautiful showroom, her contagious smile and outgoing personality had me SOLD! Jean introduced me to a few of her fellow employees, offered me a beverage and made me feel like I was a VIP client; not just a guy off the street. Jean's ability to uncover what I was looking for, while keeping my budget and needs at the forefront truly sets her apart from the rest. She had me (and other people in the showroom) in tears from laughter, and to this day I don't think I've ever felt so at ease in a dealership setting. Every single moment I spent at Forbes were moments I will never forget. I can't wait to be a part of the Forbes family of customers. Thank-you Jean for making this shopping experience, a memorable one!
