I have always loved this store and have shopped here on numerous occasions. When I went in today to purchase a Spartina item for my manager the sales associates at the front where talking to each other with not much interaction with me. Then the one checking me out ripped the tag off my item. When I questioned her she stated, I was trying to see it so I could enter it in the computer. It s a final sale item anyways so you can t return it. I told her that was not the point, it was a Christmas present and I want her to know I bought it new. My manager collects the items. The whole experience and interaction just put a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully management will train their employees better with what is appropriate and appropriate responses.
