This place sent me a $31.00 bill that I then forwarded to my employer due to it being a workers comp claim in 2015. 4 years later it was report to the credit bureaus due to going unpaid. I was never contacted until posting a review. Radiology Associates of North Texas worked to get the issue resolved. Their collection agency is the one that dropped the ball.
