The irreplaceable talent leaves as soon as they see others and their own hard work start sinking into the quagmire of many things:

1. double standards, over tolerance of very inappropriate sexual statement, lewd and rude conversations, back biting, contract breaking and verbal abuse to clients and prospects.

2. Verbally abusive remarks to both internal staff and external folks was common, from belittling their comments in a conversation to talking over them, or even arguing in team emails.

3. Outdated tools and false promises for evaluations, reviews and bonuses.

4. Shooting down innovative ideas leading to the most rare talent departing from the company in multiple locations.

5. Profanity and derogatory remarks about women within the working area that offended many but no one would say anything out of fear for their job security

6. Mistakes in pay and/or delayed pay

7 Unreasonable work hours when on travel

I would be more detailed but to avoid specifically identifying certain folks, I'll finally just re-cap with an old-school saying, "He who is in a hole: STOP DIGGING!"

Get out while you can: you will be drained and depleted despite the desire to work with the talent across the pond! And although Donald Trump is not the sharpest cookie in the jar, I do agree with this quote, "without passion you don't have energy, without energy you have NOTHING ."
