This performance facility was a game changer for me. I had the privilege to work with Greg Spatz who customized a workout program for me specifically around my vulnerabilities post injury. I am a testimant and a firm believer in personalized programs for people. The fact that these therapists are dual licensed in physical therapy and personal training is ideal because they are trained to work with a variety of injuries and can customize their own protocol based on your abilities. They are dedicated to get you back in the game. The game is not always the same for everyone and sometimes the right coaching gets you strong enough to play at the game of life again!! I highly recommend them and Greg!!!
