My builder used Fenceworks for our new construction home. I had a problem with the latch. Made a repair appt. Waited all day, no one showed. Was told they came out and repaired it. I have security cameras. No one came. Made another appointment. He argued with me as to why the latch was misaligned. He blamed my concrete installer who didn't touch my latch. Why is it so difficult to get decent work done? I would NOT recommend this company.
