We had a plumbing problem and after paying in advance a man was sent out. He told us that the only way he could tell what the problem was to pull the toliet, at a cost of $499.00. He then told us that the problem was under the house. Repair cost $12000. We couldn't have it done right then so he left without putting the toilet back. It was done by someone else after I called them. He also check out the shower and told us it would cost $1300.00 to fix. Too much!! I then called Olshan, they sent a man who checked the underground plumbing without removing anything. Cost to fix $8300. Called another plumber about shower cost to fix $200.
