My elderly mom had a microwave/circulating fan service call in September. After weeks of waiting for a return visit with a replacement part, I called multiple times for her and found out that the unit was condemned and it would not be repaired. (From what I could tell from online searches the part appeared available and it was, in my opinion, too expensive to repair relative to the cost of a new one.) I was told that a check would be cut depending on the current value of the unit. After over three months and numerous phone calls, I finally received a call this morning that a $50 check would be issued to my mom. (holding breath). She, however is still responsible for a $55 service call even though they didn't repair it/chose not to repair it! And of course there was no apology that I had to spend all of the time and effort that I did just so that my mom could receive what she was entitled to. Not impressed with their policy nor their process!
